Getting Creative With Your Job Hunt
I came across this Facebook ad Wanted: Digital/SM Work that clicked through to Josh Hedrick’s LinkedIn 
profile. I thought it was a great way to stand out and attract potential employers to you. When I’m hiring for social media I want people that are proactive and have experience using social networks & ad platforms in a smart way. This helps show me that Josh most likely has those skill sets.
